Applying for Representation

To determine your eligibility for legal representation provided by the Palm Beach County Public Defender, you must submit an application to the Palm Beach County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller. If you are already in custody, an application will be provided prior to your First Appearance Hearing. Application materials and instructions may be found on the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's website.
