For more than 50 years, the Palm Beach County Public Defender's Office has worked to ensure justice for poor people in our community. Individuals charged in felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases are represented at the trial level by nationally recognized teams of lawyers, investigators, social workers and support staff. Veteran appellate lawyers fight cases at the local appellate court all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
